Yes! Agentix Insight doesn't see or process your card information. When you click the Buy button on the checkout page, you are redirected to a secure payment processor.
Your card information is encrypted and securely processed by them. Agentix Insight only receives a confirmation of your payment.
After your payment has been securely processed Agentix Insight receives a confirmation of your payment and you are re-directed to a download page. Clicking the download
button on that page automatically downloads the template to your machine.
No - the sheets of the original template you recieve are locked and the formulas are hidden. This is done to make sure the formulas are not accidently changed or deleted.
However, you can add new sheets to the template and create your own formulas and extend the functionality of the original template however you want.
Yes - the templates can be copied and we encourage you to make and maintain a copy for a backup. However, the templates are licensed to you and cannot be sold or distributed
to others.
The templates are created with Microsoft Excel 365 and are compatible with Excel 2016 and later versions. They are not compatible with Google Sheets or other spreadsheet
software. If you are using an older version of Excel, please check the compatibility of the template with your version before purchasing.
Yes - we will create custom templates. Pricing depends on the complexity and the amount of time involved. If you are interested in having a custom solution created send an
email to sales@agentixinsight.com. Put "Custom Template" in the subject line and include a brief description of your requirements in the body of the email. Someone will get
back to you to discuss the details.
